SD Theta House Corporation approves major SAE house remodeling projects

During its quarterly meeting on June 25, the SD Theta House Corporation approved a number of remodeling projects that had been under consideration. The first project was started last week and all projects are expected to be completed by Hobo Day. 

The following remodeling projects were approved:
·Install new windows and siding
·Replace concrete entry sidewalk and steps
·Install new rear steps and concrete patio
·Paint chapter room
·Install new tile in the entry and chapter room
·New landscaping

In previous remodeling projects the House Corporation has renovated the formal living room and refurbished the 711 property.  Join us at Hobo Day for a showing of the remodeled SAE House.
